Flor del Páramo white is a wine with excellent quality at a very affordable price. Made with 100% Verdejo grapes from vineyards located in the south of the province of León.

-Viticulture:

Wine made with the Verdejo variety, from vineyards over 20 years old. Vineyard trained on trellises.

-Soil:

Deep, acidic, very poor soils, sandy loam texture, with a large amount of gravel and boulders.

-Winemaking:

Harvest: Machine harvested in 500 kg crates.

Cold pre-maceration for 8 hours in a pneumatic press at 8ºC.

Destemming in stainless steel for 24 h. at 8ºC.

Alcoholic fermentation for 25-30 days at 14ºC.

Method of clarification with bentonite

Stabilization method by cold storage for 15 days at - 5º C.

Amicrobic filtration through 0.45 microns
