-Description:

The Rosé Bag in Box from Leyenda del Páramo is made up of a 3 or 15 l. bag capacity, contained within a cardboard box. The bag has a convenient tap (vitop) that allows you to dose the right amount of wine for each drink. This red wine is excellent value for money.

-Viticulture:

Wine made with selected grapes of diferrents red varieties from our existing vineyards in the southern area of León.

-Soil:

Deep, acidic, very poor soils, with a clay loam texture; with a large amount of gravel and pebbles.

-Winemaking:

Harvest: Machine harvested in 500 kg crates.

Cold pre-maceration for 8 hours in stainless steel press at 8ºC.

Must cleaning in stainless steel vats durin 24 h.

Alcoholic fermentation for 10-12 days at 28ºC.

Clarification method with vegetable gelatin and bentonite.

Stabilization method: 15 days at -5ºC.

Amicrobic filtration by 1 micron.

-Tasting notes:

To the eye it presents a nice intense pink dress with purple hues, clean and bright.

On the nose, fresh red fruits are present with floral background.

In the mouth it is dry, fresh, balanced and persistent.
