-Description:

The Pedro del Páramo rosé is a wine with excellent quality at a very affordable price.

-Viticulture:

Wine made with selected grapes of diferrents varieties from our existing vineyards in the southern area of León.

-Soil:

Deep, acidic, very poor soils, with a clay loam texture; with a large amount of gravel and pebbles.

-Winemaking:

Harvest: Machine harvested in 500 kg crates.

Cold pre-maceration for 8 hours in stainless steel press at 8ºC.

Must Cleaning in staninless steel vats durin 24 h.

Alcoholic fermentation for 10-12 days at 28ºC.

Clarification method with vegetable gelatin and bentonite.

Stabilization method: 15 days at -5ºC.

Amicrobic filtration by 1 micron.

-Tasting notes:

To the eye it presents a nice pink dress with purple hues, clean and bright.

On the nose, fresh red fruits are present with floral background.

In the mouth it is dry, fresh, balanced and persistent.
