EL RESCATADO PRIETO PICUDO ROSÉ, ECOLOGICAL
El Rescatado rosé was the first organic rosé wine in the world made from 100% prieto picudo variety. We produce a maximum of 10,000 bottles using the ancestral and unique MADREO technique.
Wine made 100% from the prieto picudo variety selected from our existing organic vineyards in the southern part of the province of León.
Deep soils, acidic, very poor, sandy loam texture, with a large amount of gravel and boulders.
Harvest: Manual in 25 kg boxes.
Cold pre-maceration for 8 hours in a pneumatic press at 8ºC.
Destemming in stainless steel for 24 h. at 8ºC.
Alcoholic fermentation for 25-30 days at 14ºC.
