El Rescatado tinto was the world's first organic red wine made from 100% prieto picudo variety. We produce a maximum of 10,000 bottles.

Deep, acidic, very poor, clay loam-textured soils, with a large amount of gravel and boulders.
Harvest: Handpicked in 25 kg boxes.
Cold pre-maceration for 72 hours in stainless steel tanks at 8ºC.
Alcoholic fermentation for 10-12 days at 28ºC.
Malolactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
Clarification method with vegetable gelatin and bentonite.
Stabilization method by cold storage for 15 days at -5ºC.
Amicrobic filtration by 1 micron
This organic wine, a pioneer in the world, presents a beautiful deep red garnet color, clean and bright.
Ripe red fruits are present on the nose with floral undertones
